Driving through the area, Welker had seen The Heights Armour from the interstate and his roommate went to check it out. "David told me, 'We've got to live here,' and he was right. We moved right in," said Welker. Welker is in nursing school in Dunwoody and works in health care finances in Dunwoody as well, so access to the interstate was critical.
