Residents can choose from a one-bedroom (725-1,082 square feet), two-bedroom (1,165-1,301 square feet) or a two-bedroom loft (1,381 square feet) floor plan. Welker and his roommate have turned the loft area into a study with a pull-out sofa for guests. The apartment came with a washer and dryer and there's a very private balcony.
