The community has all the amenities anyone needs, Welker said, without anything that's not necessary. "The weight room is well-equipped, the lounge and pool area are phenomenal. I can walk to Ansley Mall if I want to or to the neighborhood restaurants and bars. David and I are both joggers, and there's not much traffic back here so it's an ideal place to run," Welker said.
