Chandeliers a hot home decor trend
Brian Patrick Flynn, a furniture designer and associate producer of "Movie and a Makeover," poses with a chandelier he created from part of an old outdoor sign from an ice cream shop. He found the large arrow discarded at a neighboring building that was under renovation in the Castleberry Hills area of Atlanta where he lives. After some rewiring work, a little paint and steel wool to emphasize the "old" look of the piece and voila! he had an eye-catching chandelier for his loft condominium. Kimberly Smith/AJC Special
