This is the fourth home Ruggles and her husband have purchased together, and their first one that is brand new. "We've always bought houses that needed to be fixed up, but we decided to take a break and buy something new. We see it as an investment that we might keep if later we move into a house when we have children," she said. "Of course, we like it so much we just might stay."
