The Holladays bought a two-story loft unit with the master bedroom and en suite bathroom overlooking the main living floor downstairs. The master bath features a wet area instead of enclosed shower. The open floor plan uses an island to separate the living and kitchen areas. A wooden staircase with metal railings leads upstairs, and a large balcony with a double-height roof and a gas fireplace provides outdoor living space.
