Renaissance Walk in Atlanta
Tiffany Rhoden knew about the condos at Renaissance Walk because she had been interested in purchasing there while they were under construction. Last fall she was helping a friend do some apartment shopping when she wanted to show him what the condos looked like. She and her friend discovered that the condos were offering a lease/purchase program - rent a condo and then purchase that one or another available unit at the end of the leasing period.
