"I needed a place to live and I wanted to be in the city. I like downtown and looked at all the high rises but couldn't find the things I was looking for in my price range. I was just driving by Historic Westside Village and saw a sign that said 'own this condo for $800' and I had to find out what that was all about," said Mike Gentilini, 21.
