Long before Katie and Skipper Hartley embarked on constructing their custom-built Craftsman home, they were drawn to this aesthetic. The couple, who became friends in high school, began dating in college and performed together in bands in their 20s, married at an Arts-and-Crafts lover's dream home: The Grove Park Inn in Asheville, N.C.
