Study in contrasts creates 'modern farmhouse'
"I want to open up this kitchen," Libby Patrick kept telling her husband, Carl says. He didn't quite understand what she meant but gave Libby, an interior designer and owner of Sims Patrick Studio, Inc., carte blanche to remodel it and breakfast areas, as long as they stayed within budget.
