Larger home, more energy efficient
Mark Woodworth, a hotel consultant, and his wife Mary Kay, executive director for the Metro Atlanta Landscape and Turf Association, were not looking for a new house because they wanted to renovate the home they had lived in for 20 years. But those plans changed when Mark drove by a lake home for sale. He came back and said, “I want you to go look at something,” Mary Kay explains. “We fell in love with it.
