Cottage in mountains is Atlantans' getaway
Dr. Ernest and Joyce Franklin purchased this Highlands, N.C., home in 1999 after touring countless others. Ernie fell in love with the land at first sight, but he had to convince Joyce to make this their summer home. "Ernie was walking around saying 'Oh I could do this here and that there'," Joyce said.
