After eight moves and more than 40 years of marriage, Rosemary Zameroski told her husband, Terry, that she was ready to settle down in an active adult community. The couple was invited by their friends and former Marietta neighbors Lee and Nancy Lovvorn to visit their new neighborhood, Soleil Laurel Canyon.
