Phillip and Karen Aginsky, both South Africans, bought this John Portman home in 1992. "We come from a minimalist culture and were looking for something very contemporary," Phillip said. "The moment you walk into the house, you feel the forest being a part of the home," Phillip said of the open structure of the house. "You magically feel a part of the pool." The home is on the market for $3.1 million and the real estate agent is Debra Johnston with Beacham and Company.
