Serendipity found in Mediterranean retreat
Text by CHRIS REINOLDS: Kenneth and Heather Gavranovic were inspired by the Mediterranean style homes in Florida when they decided to build their retreat in Douglasville, which uses the architectural services of the late Larry Grams. The estate sits on 16 acres and includes a playground, a field with stadium lights for impromptu football and soccer games and a 10-foot-wide paved walking path.
