Doctor's quarters transformed, again and again

During the Vietnam War, Griffin worked as a surgeon while he was stationed in Peshawar, Pakistan. He traveled to Bangkok, Thailand, and other places during his two-year tour. The scrolls of church music, now framed in his living room, were purchased on a trip to Madrid, Spain.
