Hannon is selling the home and more than $1 million worth of furnishings because "everything in this house was picked out especially for this house ... It was a lot of fun seeing things come together. I was over here almost every day." She used a designer from Hilda Flack Interiors of Palm Beach Gardens, Fla. She and her late husband, Thomas Charles, moved in in 2001. Hannon now lives in an 1850 plantation house in the country that was bought and renovated after her husband died.
