Something old, something new

The cabin room was Asa Candler's deer hunting cabin circa 1880, according to Chad Hite. Now, logs and stones from the property's former manor home recreate the space. Hite's mother hand-stripped the logs that were once painted white. The fireplace stones came from nearby creeks, Hite said.
