"We've been here 13 years; this is our second house in Grant park," shares Colleen Minton. She and her husband Keith were initially attracted by the eclectic mix of a new community, which actually turned into "a kid-friendly, family-oriented community that's this little small town in this big city -- that's what made us want to stay here.
