Pink Palace restored to former glory

The basement now has a complete kitchen and wine cellar and can be rented for private parties. Seydel said DJ Ruckus once played a private party here, but sound couldn't be heard in the floors above because of new insulation. A ventilation system funnels odors, such as cigar smoke, outside and away from the house.
