Pink Palace restored to former glory

The front door opens into the ballroom, site of countless soirees. Because of a death in the family, Lezhava's wife now runs the Georgian National Ballet, and the couple is returning to their home country. Lezhava is offering the home for $10 million, down from the $20 million he originally asked. Rosina Seydel, who lived in the home as a child, is handling the sale through her recently founded company Smithson Seydel Real Estate LLC.
