Randy Fernandes and Byron Hill's Morganton cabin, built in 2003, has a wraparound deck, two master bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and about 1,800 square feet of liveable space.They plan to finish the basement, which has enough space to add another bedroom, bathroom, living area and room for storage.
