"Beachy" vacation home full of family history
Oliver, a professor at a university in the Atlanta area, shown here with her sons Oliver Seabolt (left) and Lane Seabolt (right) says she hopes one day to retire to the house on St. Simon's. "We built it so we could get maximum vacation rental out of it until I retire, so right now it's an investment property. We rent it through Hodnett Cooper, and go down once a month to fix anything that's gone wrong. And that way we stay there during the time it's not rented," she added. Family photo
